Cat Waste Smell and Cleaning in Detroit, MI

This landlord had a tenant with an undocumented cat living in the home, which was allowed to roam free in the basement. It was also allowed to do much more down there. The concrete basement was full of cat urine and feces, as well as male "spray" on the walls. The landlord was not vert confident that we would be able to remove the smell or make the basement look decent again.The area was deep cleaned, deodorized, and the floor was painted to help remove the smell. We placed an Ozone down there to clean the air, as well. Within a few days, we brought this basement back to habitable conditions and the owner was very pleased with the results.
